Prices
The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax of currently 19 % and other price components.

Shipping costs
In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat rate for shipping costs

The individual shipping cost rates are based on the destination country as follows:

• Within Germany, the flat rate for shipping is 5.95 euros (incl. VAT)
• For the countries Belgium,Denmark,France,Italy,Lichtenstein,Luxembourg,Netherlands,Spain,Sweden and Great Britain a shipping fee of 25,60 Euro (incl. VAT) will be charged
• For shipments to Switzerland, we charge 21.51 Euro (excl. VAT) as a flat rate shipping fee

For deliveries to non-European countries or non-EU countries, additional country-specific import duties and, if applicable, customs clearance fees and customs clearance service fees may apply.The amount of the fees depends on the respective country of delivery. Please enquire about these fees at your local customs office. These fees are to be paid by you.

Delivery
Delivery will only be made by DHL.
All items offered are ready for immediate dispatch unless clearly stated otherwise in the product description. The delivery time is up to 3 working days within Germany and up to 10 days within Europe. We point out possible deviating delivery times on the respective product page.

Reservation of ownership
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
Before transfer of ownership, pledging, transfer by way of security, processing or transformation is not permitted without our consent.
